Joann manages the TFG Huntington Station, Long Island office, responsible for dispatching company trucks and booking outside carriers as well. She has been a dispatcher for the USPS, managing a group of over 50 company trucks. She then went onto OTR Freight. She managed her own deli for 23 years; therefore she understands the importance of camaraderie of employees and management to be successful, as well as the importance of the bottom line. Her negotiation skills are second to none, and her vast experience lends itself to the fast paced environment. She loves to experience new places in her travels. She is also proud of her family of seven siblings, and has learned much about negotiation and persistence as the 6th sibling.
