Joe works for the TFG Senora, California office, bringing over twenty years of coast to coast dispatching experience to the job. He says that he has “seen it all” and that nothing surprises him. In his teen years, he earned spending money by working in with his father as a well driller, providing water to the crops in the Salinas Valley. He earned the nickname of “Sierra Joe” as he is based in the Sierra-Nevada mountains range in California. He and his wife of 33 years have raised three children, all of whom reside within a ten mile radius of the family homestead.
